LAWN CARE MAINTAINENCE

We offer lawn care maintenance services to fit your budget. Offering weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or even one-time services for residential and commercial properties. Our lawn care maintenance package includes mowing of grass, line trimming, edging of turf, blowing any debris and excess grass from sidewalks, driveway, and also the street.

FALL CLEAN-UPS

Our team offers seasonal clean-ups for meeting your budget. We offer three clean-up options:

  •  Full Service Clean-up: Includes clearing your property of leaves. Once clear, we will load, haul, and dispose of the leaves. Your lawn will be prepped for winter and ready for spring.​

  •  Rake it and Forget it: No bagging. No hauling. Save money, time, and your back! Get the leaves to the curb, we load, haul, dispose of them for you.

  •  Monthly Leaf Removal Service: Hate waiting for all the leaves to fall to schedule your clean-up? Schedule multiple pick-ups throughout the fall for a reduced price. You get them to the curb, we will take care of the rest!

SNOW REMOVAL & ICE MANAGEMENT SERVICES

For the snowy season we offer the best snow removal solutions that include complete snow management. Our snow removal team offers snow and ice control on all sidewalks, driveways, walkways, and parking spots with quick removal right after a snow storm. We offer snow clearing services for residential and commercial properties.

TURF CARE +

  • Over-seeding: When looking for an easier way to transform your lawn, this service is the best option for you, which is the planting of grass seeds directly into existing turf. Easy way to fill bare spots, improving the density of the turf & enhances your lawns color. 

  • Lawn Aeration

  • Power-rake: Power raking your lawn removes a tight mat of dead rhizomes & stems and roots which builds up under the surface of your lawn. 

LAWN FERTILIZER TREATMENTS

Lawn fertilization helps produce uniform growth, with the entire lawn looking lush and thick.

  • First treatment application consists of Spring fertilizer + crabgrass preventer applied in April. 

  • Second treatment application consists of weed and feed to control weeds, applied in May.

  • Third treatment application is of straight fertilizer applied in June.

  • The fourth treatment application is of a second straight fertilizer applied in July.

  • The last treatment application consists of winterizer, a slow release fertilizer special for the winter season, applied in November.

BUSH TRIMMING SERVICES

Best time to rejuvenate overgrown shrubs or bushes around your home would be late winter or early spring. Mendez Landscaping & Lawn Care is happy to help you with your lawn care needs to transform the view of your bushes.

SPRING CLEAN-UPS

In April of the new year is the best time to cleanup your backyard to prepare it for the upcoming warmer months. Our cleanups consists of clearing out your turf of any excess debris or garbage, removal of dead fallen branches or perennials, and fallen leaves from previous months.
